BOOMERANG LODGE LOCATION
The Boomerang Lodge is located on S. Tomboy Drive in beautiful Telluride, Colorado. This complex is situated right next door to Clark’s Market, which is the largest grocery store in town. Guests can walk up Colorado Avenue (Main Street) in just a few minutes for shops, bars, restaurants and galleries. Or the Telluride River Trail is about 100 yards from the complex to the south.
Ski Access
Guests staying at Boomerang Lodge can walk to Lift 7 in about 3 minutes. The Coonskin lift is located at the end of the street (S. Tomboy), about 200 yards away. For those wishing to take the gondola up the mountain, the gondola station can be accessed in about 7-8 minutes of walking, or guests can jump on the free Galloping Goose shuttle that loops around town every 10-15 minutes and stops very close to the Boomerang Lodge, on W. Pacific St.
Access to festivals & summer activities
The Boomerang Lodge is situated just south of Colorado Avenue, towards the western end of town. Visitors can walk to Telluride Town Park in under 10 minutes, along Pacific Street. For a more scenic walk, guests can step onto the river trail which is located about 2 minutes walk to the south, and runs all the way to Town Park to the east. There is also the Galloping Goose shuttle bus which is free, and stops right on the corner of W. Pacific Avenue and S. Pine Street, close to the condo.

FALL LINE LOCATION
The Fall Line condominiums are located on the corner of S. Pine St & Pacific St in Telluride town, right amongst all the action. All of the shops, restaurants & bars of Colorado Avenue are one minute’s walk away. Right next door to the Fall Line is the Telluride Library, and Alpine Bank is right across the street. The Telluride Post Office is one block to the east, and there is a grocery store one block to the west. There is a liquor store right around the corner, and Smuggler’s Brew Pub is also one block down.
Ski Access
The Fall Line complex is located just 3 short blocks from the gondola station & Chair 8. Guests can walk to skiing in just a few minutes. The beauty of a ski vacation at the Fall Line is that nothing is more than a few minutes walk away!
Access to festivals & summer activities
The Fall Line is one of the most sought after locations for summer festivals, with the Telluride Town Park Festival gates being a stone’s throw from the complex. You can walk from your front door to the main gates of Bluegrass, Blues & Brews, Jazz Festival & the RIDE Festival in a few short minutes. At the end of S. Pine St is the Bear Creek Trailhead, one of the most popular & beautiful hikes guests can enjoy directly from Telluride town.

VIKING LODGE LOCATION
The Viking Lodging is a sought after location for many visitors due to its affordability, location and amenities. The Viking is located on W. Pacific, just a stone’s throw from Clarkʼs Market (the biggest grocery store in town). Right across the street from the complex is the Wine Mine, Siam Thai and the always popular ‘There’ Bar. The Medical Center is within 200 yards or less of the complex. All of the shops, bars and restaurants are under 10 minutes walk away. The gondola is 3 blocks to the east and Lift 7 is about 200 yards to the west. If you donʼt feel like walking there is a free shuttle, the Galloping Goose, with pick-up/drops-off for passengers on the corner of the Viking Lodge (W. Pacific and S. Davis St.) It makes a loop through town every 10-15 minutes with plenty of stops at various locations along the way, including the gondola and Colorado Avenue.
Access to festivals & summer activities
The Viking Lodge is a great location for music festivals – Bluegrass, Blues and Brews, Film, Jazz and more! A quiet stroll along the river trail or 5 minute walk along Pacific Ave, lined with brightly colored historic Victorian homes, will lead you to Town Park, located at the east end of town. During the Telluride Film Festival, venues are scattered throughout town and getting to them is easy from this centrally located complex. The beauty of the Viking Lodge during festivals is that it is not a very long walk, but just long enough to get out of the action when you need respite. There are numerous hiking and biking trails that can be accessed from the Viking Lodge.
Ski Access
There is a very short walk from the Viking Lodge to Lift 7, the Coonskin lift, roughly 200 steps depending on the length of oneʼs stride. The Lift 7 base area offers easy access to the ski runs and a full service ski shop, as well as a ticket window (open 9am – 4pm). If you prefer to take the free gondola up and over to Mountain Village or access the ski runs, it is a quick walk of about 6-7 minutes, or you can take the Galloping Goose from the street corner of the complex, which will make a stop at the gondola station every 10-15 minutes. As a suggestion for those who are too tired after a day of skiing/snowboarding or for beginner skiers and young children, you may find it easier to end your day by hopping on the gondola in Mountain Village over to Town of Telluride, taking advantage of the Galloping Goose for the ride back to the complex.

CIMARRON LODGE LOCATION
The Cimarron Lodge is located on S. Mahoney Drive, on Telluride’s west end. This immaculately kept condo complex offers guests prime ski in/ski out location during the winter months, and a tranquil summer setting with gorgeous views and direct river and hiking trail access. Underground parking, 2 hot tubs and ski lockers.

For festival goers and adventure seekers, everything is located within easy walking distance of the Cimarron Lodge. Telluride Town Park is 10 minutes walk along the river trail, or guests can jump on the Galloping Goose shuttle that stops right outside the complex on W. Pacific St.
Ski Access
There aren’t many locations in Telluride that can truly claim to be ski in/ski out, but the Cimarron Lodge is one of the very few! Surrounding the Lift 7 area, the Cimarron Lodge offers guests absolute prime ski access, with ski lockers for each condo located on the pedestrian area at the snow’s edge.

TELLURIDE LODGE LOCATION
The Telluride Lodge is one of Telluride’s original condo complexes. Situated on the west end of town, between Clark’s Market and the Coonskin Lift, the Telluride Lodge offers a convenient location, spacious grounds and a selection of vacation rental condos with convenient amenities.
Access to festivals & summer activities
For festival goers and adventure seekers, everything is located within easy walking distance of the Telluride Lodge. Telluride Town Park is under 10 minutes walk along Pacific St, or 10 minutes along the picturesque river trail. Guests can also jump on the Galloping Goose shuttle that stops right outside the complex on W. Pacific St.
Ski Access
The Telluride Lodge is located right across the street from the Lift 7 (Coonskin) precinct. Guests can access the slopes within minutes by crossing Pacific St. The main gondola station can be accessed by jumping on the free Galloping Goose shuttle bus that stops right outside the Telluride Lodge and stops at the gondola in less than 5 minutes.

What Is the Best Way to Get Around?
Telluride is the definition of a “walkable” town. Its official borders total a tiny 2.22 square miles. For some exercise, get around on foot or on bike. If you’re leaving town or have a load of shopping, cruise the streets in your rental vehicle. For a unique form of transportation, the free Galloping Goose shuttle touches nearly all of those 2.22 square miles.
What Is There to Do in Summer?
Telluride is the self-proclaimed Summer Festival Capital of Colorado. Plan your stay around your favorite celebration. We celebrate music like bluegrass, Americana, jazz, and others. The Baseball Festival hits fun out of the park each year. We offer other interesting celebrations as well, including Telluride Art + Architecture, mushrooms, yoga, and the popular Telluride Film Festival. If you want to avoid the festival crowds, try hiking, biking, whitewater rafting, or a variety of other fun and exciting activities more suitable for the warmer temperatures of the summer.
Are Your Rentals Self-Check-In?
Yes! There’s no lobby, front desk, or other location to pick up keys or other items to get into the home. You will receive a code to open the main entrance to the home once your booking is confirmed. Settle in, and when you’re ready to start your Telluride adventure, you’ll continue to use this code to secure the home.
