Telluride Town Park

Winter Activities

The outside pavilion area is converted to an ice skating rink in the wintering features a warming hut and restrooms right off the ice. Telluride Town Park also offers the Hanley Rink. This indoor Ice rink hosts local hockey games for anyone to watch as well as free skate times daily to practice your skating skills. If you’d rather not take to the slopes but still want to ski, the athletic fields and campground area are available for Nordic skiing. The Nordic Center is located next to the Hanley Rink and offers cross-country and skate skiing rentals as well as private and group lessons. Festivals
Telluride is the Summer Festival Capital of Colorado. The town hosts festivals that celebrate various types of music, film, food, wine, art, and more. The park is often a venue for these festivals, either for the entire event or just a part of it.
