Fall Line 210

Very nice two bedroom one bathroom condo in a great location. We came to ski; the location is an easy 5 min walk to the gondola. There are also a number of very good restaurants within an easy, less than 15 minute, walk of the condo. Colorado St (the Main Street) is two blocks away. We would stay again.

The Fall Line Condo was a fantastic place to stay for our family! We were in Telluride for a friend's summer birthday & to do some hiking & exploring. The condo was central & walkable to everything in Telluride, but far enough from Main Street to be quiet. Within 3-4 minutes, we were able to walk to amazing restaurants & coffee. We also walked to a few different trailheads for hikes (no driving necessary). We rented bikes just next to the condo & rode the trail that goes outside of the town. There's a market just a few mins away, which is also near the free gondola you can take up for beautiful views & even hiking down the ski trails. The place was very new & clean, and the beds were really comfy. It had all the amenities we needed in the kitchen. It was private (must be soundproofed) & had a shared hot tub that was very relaxing. They even had some toys for our 2 young children. I would highly recommend staying here & in the town of Telluride!

The location is great, and the unit was spotlessly clean. It was little touches that set it apart—lots of towels, plus tissues in every room. Shades and screens on the windows made the temperature very comfortable for the summer. And the balcony has a view of the mountains. It’s a great place.

GREAT LOCATION. Nicely decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. We reported an issue with an appliance, which was quickly resolved. The team at Lodging in Telluride was easy to work with, patient, and responsive.

When we come back to Telluride, the Fall Line Condos will be at the top of our list! The gondola was just a couple short blocks away, and the main drag in just a block North. It was challenging to find an AirBnB that had two designated bedrooms (most of the houses had lofts or bedroom on a mezzanine) and these accommodations ended up being perfect for two couples. If you're looking for a great place to stay, in close proximity to all the restaurants of Telluride, this is an excellent find!

This was a great place to stay in Telluride proper. It is a couple of streets back from Colorado Ave, making it quiet but convenient to get everywhere. The accommodations for children were GREATLY appreciated. We were able to borrow a pack n play and high chair, and they had kids plates stocked in the kitchen. Speaking of, the kitchen was very well stocked and allowed us to easily cook a couple of meals. They even have a toaster and blender. Everything was very clean and tidy. I’d definitely stay here again!

June 2022 Sarah Amazing location, very clean and well stocked. Well provisioned if you are traveling with children, as the kitchen has plastic cups/plates, etc. bathroom has tub and step stool, and washer/dryer is ready to go.

Great condo in the heart of Telluride! Very comfortable and you can walk to everything. We were two couples and were both happy. Only suggestion I would have is that getting ready with one bathroom was challenging so adding mirrors to the bedrooms would be really helpful.

Our family spent a wonderful week in Telluride here to kick off the summer. The condo was fantastic! Bright, spacious, and well decorated with high quality decor and very nice linens. The location was fantastic as well. Just about a minute to main street and the gondola. We couldn't have asked for a better place for a bit of R&R between all of the activities we had. We will definitely be back to stay at Fall Line 210!

We stayed at Fall Line in room 210 which is a great 2 bedroom corner apartment with a small balcony. The mattress, pillows, linen and towels were clean and comfortable. It's in a great location only a short walk to the gondola, restaurants, bars and shops and I think Telluride has a better atmosphere than the mountain village. I found it very easy to book and didn't encounter any problems. If was back in Telluride I would stay there again. Recommend. Regards Justin from Australia.

Beautiful condo that exceeded our expectations! Everything was wonderful. We loved that we could walk anywhere in town and then take the Gondola to the Mountain Village. It was very convenient, cozy and comfortable.
