This historic building has been lovingly updated and curated with the most inviting eclectic, modern decor. 

Enter through brick facade and preserved historic door off of South Oak Street into the cozy living area complete with a flat screen TV (with Apple TV) and SONOS speaker. Relax on the cozy couch and watch the skiers passing down the street to the gondola or enjoy the buzz of the Friday farmers’ market in summer. Go beyond the spiral stairs into the dining area and the fully remodeled kitchen that includes all the appliances you need including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Cook yourself a nourishing meal and settle into the dining nook to catch up with your travel companions about the day's adventures. On the main level, you'll also find a small but full bathroom with brand new walk-in shower. In Summer, enjoy use of the private courtyard and garden just outside the back door of this special home.

Up the spiral stairs, you'll find a king bedroom, a two-twin bedroom, and a special-for-the-kiddos sleeping nook. The king bedroom has a modern farmhouse cottage appeal, with wood bed frame and desk nook. This room also offers a flat screen television and a dresser for storage. The twin bedroom features two twin XL beds along with another custom-built desk space and dresser. Between rooms, there is a second newly remodeled full bathroom with walk-in shower as well as a separate laundry area. Tucked away into a cozy nook, separate from the two bedrooms on this level, is another full-size floor mattress in its own hideaway space -- it's like indoor glamping for kids! This nook is the perfect spot for the kids to enjoy some respite after a day on the mountain.

This townhome has an unbeatable location in the heart of town and in a special historic building: Winter brings the convenience and proximity of easy ski access just down the street -- only one block to the gondola, lift 8, and ticket window. Summer delivers Telluride's farmers' market to your front door and free film and music events to Elks Park on the corner.

Elks Park is a perfect town square for enjoying a picnic or the action of some summer festivals, and in winter, walk by and bask in the glow of Telluride's ski tree. You'll also find the dining and shopping of Telluride's main street just one block away. You'll be in close proximity to favorite's like The New Sheridan Chop House and Steamie's Burger Bar and also you'll be just one block from The Market at Telluride (grocery) and the famed Baked In Telluride. You’re also just one block to both Boot Doctors and Telluride Sports where you can arrange all the summer or winter gear you need to make your Telluride dreams come true.
