Check In/Check Out

Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. Please do not show up early or depart late unless you have cleared it with us first.

Strictly no smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the condo, or anywhere on the premises including decks, balconies or communal outdoor areas. This includes cigarettes, marijuana & cigars. Fines start at $500 & can be as high as $1000 for larger properties.

No animals

Please leave your furry friends at home. Pets are not permitted & you will be asked to leave if you are found to have a pet. Fines also apply. You cannot leave pets in vehicles in the parking lot.

Parking

Some properties have an ELECTRONIC Parking Pass and will allow you street parking anywhere in the specific Parking Zone, designated by the Town of Telluride. In order to have legal use of this permit you MUST text or email us the following: Name of Property, Driver's name, license plate number and license plate state. We will enter this information into the Telluride Marshall's registry for your pass to be valid. Parking permits are required / enforced from 8am to 6pm. There's also a parking zone map in the online guide book. Text 970-292-7082 or email info@lodgingintelluride.com asap. We will do our best to complete this in a timely manner. If you do not provide this information and use street parking, you could receive a parking citation. Please observe parking signs to make sure you are parked in the right zone for this home. Parking citations will be charged to guest folio if violation is due to non-compliance with posted parking guidelines.

Cancelation Policy

We take a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to your check in date. Lodging In Telluride has a 60-day cancellation policy. If you cancel prior to 60 days out from your arrival date, you will receive a refund of payments made minus the first night’s rental rate plus tax. If you cancel within 60-days of arrival, all payments will be forfeited. For guests staying with Lodging in Telluride for 30 or more days, payments are non-refundable. For guests staying with Lodging in Telluride for 30 or more days, full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival date.
